I purchased the Creative Flash Scroller... I did not receive a registration code, but I found it under my account on your site.

I installed the components, and, as the instructions say to do, I dragged one of the components onto the stage. I do not get any prompt to register the software (i.e. enter my registration code), so the software is still in the demo mode! There does not appear to be any way to register the software.

Help!

Hello Chris,

Have you dragged the Creative Flash Scroller on the stage from the components list or from the library of your FLA ?
After you install the full version it changes the component from the component. Not the ones that are in the libraries of different projects. So, you have to drag from the components list into your projects library and replace the Demo version that is still saved in that FLA.

If this doesnt solve your problem, please send us an email at support@extendstudio.com with a FLA attached to it, so we may figure out the problem.

Thank you,
Andrei Rinciog

We are sorry Chris, but the current Creative Flash Scroller it's made for ActionScript 2 and does not support ActionScript 3. The future version of Flash Scroller will be ActionScript 3 based, as all our future products.

Best regards,

Got it... thank you! It wasn't clear that I had to download a different package (I didn't ever receive an email with the registration code or other instructions).
