hello,
I am using creative flash scroller as2 for more than a year and suddenly when I drag the creative scroll area into my stage, the licensing window pops up and ask me to enter my serial number. I copy paste the serial number from the website into the form and when I hit the process button it gives me an error:

Your licensing process has failed
Error code: 001
unable to contact the server! please check your firewall.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I am sure that my firewall has no conflict with adobe flash cs5 and I made sure of it by completely disabling my firewall and still got the same error.
I tried to reset my license through the website but I couldn't do that either, it said "You license is not registered yet ! "

please help me because I am so close to meet my project's deadline.

hello,

I've downloaded and installed the flash scroller as3 and it registered successfully. after doing that I came back to my main project and tried to register the flash scroller as2 one more time, and this time it registered without any issue.

I don't understand the reason of that. I was struggling with it for two days and the solution was this simple :D

Hello again,

There was probably a flash player security trust problem and the as2 version is older and it is possible that older flash player didn't allow it to connect.
