I'm trying to register my new as2 serial number in flash cs5. There seems to be an issue inputting the letter "a" once you have used once. Can any body advise how to solve this problem?

Hi Steve,

I've placed a new license in your account that doesn't have any "a" characters in it.

Have you tried copy paste using the mouse or by pressing "Mac-C and Mac-V" ?
