hi, last year i have bought from you the creative scroller, and i have installed and running with no problems until yesterday, the error i get is:
"Your licensing process has failed Error code:201
Please reset your serial number....."

Hello,
You need to reset the license before you can use it to register the component again. Access your products page on our website and press on the "reset license" button next to the Scroller serial number.
