Hello,
You have two serial numbers because Flash Scroller AS3 and AS2 are two individual components. Depending on which component you are using you must enter their respective serial numbers. You can find them in your account on our site and you can better see there which serial belongs to what component.

hi, i use flash cs5, when try to write the pass, cant use the letter "a" from de keyboard, then i can write the correct pass, and a cant use the extension, why??? what can i do? sorry for my english, i speak español

im mac user ,mac os x 10.6.4 // flash cs5
cant let me copy/paste on form. and I can write a single "a", when try write another "a" that
when I write another "a" does not allow me. the pass has three "a"
why can i do to used, can you reset my pass, with no "a". thank.

I created a new serial number that you can use until we figure out what creates such a weird problem.

Tell me if the new serial number works. It has only one "a".

hi, can you reset my pass for AS2, becouse can used the extension , becouse my flash cs5 can t let me write the letter "a" twice, the can write correctly the pass. much thank, i need to used to finich my job!!

Sorry I am also having the same issue registering my new AS2 software. I cannot input the letter "a". The license will not copy and paste. Can you help me please?

Hi Steve,
I've placed a new license in your account that doesn't have any "a" characters in it.
Have you tried copy paste using the mouse or by pressing "Mac-C and Mac-V" ?
