the serial is refused with the CS5 adobe flash .....
Before it' works with flash CS4
Can you hep me ?

Have you downloaded the latest version of Flash Scroller from your account? If you haven't, you should do so. Let us know how it works.

The warning say to me ;

error # 301 serial in use ...

May it' s because I go from CS4 to CS5 ...

Hello again,

After you reinstall the component or install it on another PC or simply when you use it in two versions of CS (like you do with cs4 and cs5) you must log in on our site and go to My Account. There you must press the Reset License button. After this insert you license number.
