I have a problem with the scroller on my www. It works or doesn\'t work in different computers and browsers. I have different errors, like - \"Shockwave Player Error. To view the movie, open your browser in the 32-bit mode.\" otherwise the scroller-screen is just white and doesn\'t start. You can find an example here:

Have you update your Flash Player and Shockwave Player recently? Try to update them and then see if it works. If it doesn't please write us

Hi Andrei,
My Flash and Shockwave is updated but I still have the problem in Safari at some computers. But the big problem is the customers who don't understand how to update or why it's a white block at the page. Why does the Flash Scroller works in some pages like this:
www.waesterberg.com
Is it some fix or something else I should think about when I export the Shockwave in Flash? Confused...

Hello Chris,
The problem that you are reporting is caused by the embed code that you have on the page.
I will send you by email page that embeds a swf movie for example. Copy the code from that page and modify it so it embeds your swf movie.
The page that you gave as an example doesn't use Flash Scroller.
