We have just released a new version of Creative FL Scroller. Version 1.5.6 comes with compatibility fixed for Flash CS5. You can download the latest version from the Control Panel.
You need to uninstall the old version from the Adobe Extension Manager and install the new one.
Best,

Hello,
You can find all of your products in the My Account page which is located here: http://www.extendstudio.com/your_orders.html. Check with your Extension Manager if your version is the latest one released. If it's not download the component from your account.
Best regards,

Hi I've downloaded the new 1.5.6 version of the Creative Flash Scroller. For the project i'm working on I'm having to work in Actionscript 2.0. Once I create the scroll pane, save it. Then close down Flash CS5, open the file again then test movie. For some reason the scroll pane no longer works and get a purple box where the scrolling movie clip should be.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Jason

Thank you Extend Studio for getting an AS3 version of the Flash Scroller. It was a pleasant surprise to find a promo license for the updated version on my account page.
I am curious about something though. You mention offering free upgrade to the AS3 version for users who purchased the AS2 version. Within the last two years, I have purchased three of your AS2 Creative Flash Scrollers. Should I not also get three free upgrade promo licenses instead of just one?
Otherwise, I wish I would have used a different user account for each purchase since I have little use for AS2 scrollers anymore. All of my company's Flash development has migrated to AS3 and I don't want to sit on two useless AS2-version licenses.
