why do I keep getting this error when trying to use the custom scroller

Hi,

Is your computer conected to the internet all the time? It tries to check if the license number is correct and if it can't make the connection it throws that error.

We also had some problems with our server in the last days. Maybe that was the cause. Do you still receive that error?

I found that I had blocked connections with Little Snitch. I dont like apps that need to go to the net to validate before they will work. I allowed connection and it no longer errors. But I am not always on the net depending on where I am working.
