Hello Roberto,
We plan of upgrading all our Flash components to AS 3 in the near future. We have focused on DW extensions lately but FL components are still in our plans and the first step will be to upgrade our existing ones.

Hello Ian,
I can't give you any good aproximation for the AS 3 version release date. We have started the upgrade process and we are currently working on Creative Flash Scroller.
