I can't seem to load your stuff - the trial. I can't find it in the component panel. What am I not doing right?

I just read that this is not designed for CS4 Mac - I have CS3 also. How can I move the extensions to my CS3 to try your stuff and how soon can we expect CS4 compatibility?

I got it. If you start a new Flash project, you must choose an 'Actionscript 2.0' project, not Actionscript 3.0. For some reason, the trial version only works with actionscript 2.0.

This stuff is too complicated. Perhaps the directions just aren't clear enough. Maybe I'm just a dumbass. Whatever, are you guys gonna help me get this thing up and running so I can buy a copy? If it's as good as you say, and if I already had it working, I would gladly shell out the bucks - HELLO.

Oh man what a pain. This stuff is cool to work with and easy enough to design buttons and drop downs, but i've been doing this for 5 hours and I'm not able to move the menu onto the stage. I could've designed entire sites by now. Anyway, if someone could give me a hand, I can't find the items under command. I know this stuff works, but people have to be able to operate it flawlessly. I like what you are trying to do and I like the results. I can't wait to get this to do what you say it will.

Do I need to move the images folder somewhere? It needs to find something in the library. It asks me to go to 'commands' abut there is nothing there. Well, nothing that I can drag out to the library anyway... Where does the 'images' folder that came with the download go. I don't remember seeing anything about it...

ok, so i uninstalled and reinstalled, the stuff came up and I got it to the library, I have built a dropdown menu for flash but i can't get the thing on the screen. I load it properly, but what do I do next? Also, the plug in keeps coming up with an annoying sign that says the script is making flash respond slowly. What is that about?

I really wanted this thing to work. I think you're on the right track and I think you have a good product for those of us who need it. I need it to work more simply - or I need to understand it better before I jump in with both feet. I have invested 6 hours of very valuable and precious time with your trial product. What I found was that I like what I see, I like what your software does so far and I think it is a timesaving device. It's going to have to work overtime to make up for the time I've invested though. I'm ready to conquer this stuff later today, so I hope you're available to answer my questions and get me rolling. I'll be online in about 12 hours.

Hello,
Sorry for the lack of replies until now. It's because of the time difference, your posts came in from 8 PM to 1 AM and that's beyond our working hours.
Now, please tell me what’s the current status. What can I help you with, what questions do you have about the menus.
Regards,
Andrei

Hey - awesome. I am ready. I'm on a Mac or a PC. I need full instructions on how to get the menu I created to a stage.

Hello,
Well, you can drag and drop the menu component from the components list onto your stage. But, I don’t understand how you managed to edit a menu without doing so. Please tell me your workflow.
If you want, we could set up a desktop sharing session and I can assist you directly on your computer. We could do this today or tomorrow, when it suits you best.
Regards,
Andrei
