Im about to pull my hair out!!

I created a library item (my top nav bar) and it consists of three rows.

First row is a jpg background.
Second row is a menu I created using Creative Menus extension.
Third row is an image placed in the cell.

When I place the library item in an html page, save it, uploaded it and the library folder to my server, I do not see the creative menu portion live. All I can see is the first and third row of the library item.

Can library items not include creative menus? If they can - what can I possibly be doing wrong?

Here is the page ...
http://www.cimtel.net/new/index-test.html

Menu is supposed to appear between the top logo and the live connected graphic.

If I upload the page with the creative menu on it statically - not placed as a library item - it shows up just fine. So I know it is working ... just not as a library item.

Thanks in advance!

New problem .... Sigh.

I found out where part of the problem was .... but now made a new one.

On a mac - the menu appears fine. On a pc - the drop down portion of the menu doesn't show up.

Suggestions?

Hello,

I took a look at your site and it only seems to replicate on Internet Explorer. With other browsers the menus is shown perfectly. We will investigate this and let you know what we find out.

Hello again,

It looks like the problem is the fact that the doctype declaration is not on the first line of the page. The doctype declaration needs to be the first thing on a page or else it will not be taken into consideration.
