Hello,rnEverytime I go to start up Creative Menus it tells me to delete the cache and restart Dreamweaver which I do, but then after it goes to start up, it takes a minute and pops up with "your document has no doctype defined" How do I fix this? I really would like to use the menus in a site I am designing.

Hello,
The warning that tells you to delete the cache is not an actual error. It's advisable to delete the .dat file before you use a component for the first time but you don't have to delete it every time you use it. You can check the "do not show this message again" checkbox if you do not want to receive the error every time.
For your other problem you must place this at the begining of the document: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
You must use doctype so that every browser reads html code the same, otherwise they will use their default doctype which may lead to major differences.

Thank You for your response. I managed to get the menus to load and the program to launch but after I am done modifying the menu and press insert, it says
While executing onClick in xtd_CM_CreateMenuV.htm, the following javascript errors occurred:
At line 317 of file "C:Program Files (x86)AdobeAdobe Dreamweaver CS4ConfigurationCommandsxtd_CM_CreateMenuV.js": ref_menu has no properties.
Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks again for your help.

Hello,
Could you please send me a copy of a page where you try to insert the menu and it gives you that error?

Good afternoon
I am having problems with my licence key . I cannot use my products i bought from you as ikt tells me everytime to enter the Serial number. when i do that it says that i have entered in successfully but when i try to use it it keeps on asking for the serial number. I have emailed you a few times regarding this issue and also rang you from Iremalnd to Bucharest left message but have not received any reply.
