I purchased the Creative FL Menu Pack and received a license number that was not registered. That was Monday night, it is now Wednesday night and the license is still not registered. I can't used the full version that I purchased and my deadline is approaching fast. I have sent two emails to the support web address as well as filling out the window to contact support that pop up after the license number was declined, and have not received any type of response so far. All I need is for someone to contact me and let me know what is going on with my license number.

Hello,

Have you tried to use the license number to register the component? When you open the component interface a pop-up appears and you must insert your license number there.

You don't have to click on the 'reset license' button if you haven't used your license yet. It will tell you that the license number is not registered yet because you haven't used it to register anything.
