I am having a problem with the plugin. I can use it once in a session. If I go back to edit or add a menu Dreamweaver crashes. I then re-open Dreamweaver and can use the plugin only once. If I click to edit Dreamweaver will crash again. The only way I get around the crashes is to close Dreamweaver, re-open it, update my file and then preview it. If I want to make another edit I then need to close and open Dreamweaver again.
I am working on a Mac Version 10.4.11

I am continuing to have problems with this product. Dreamweaver now crashes EVERY TIME I try to use the product. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and it still continues to crash. I need to update one of my menus but can't. HELP!!!

Hey Mike-
I am trying to get an issue resolved here myself. Was your issue resolved? I am just curious if they fixed your problem... After 2 weeks I am still waiting from them in reasonable communication. I appreciate the heads up if you can let me know...

No solution yet. They want to do a desktop sharing session which involves me installing software and then letting them take control of my computer to see if they can find the problem. I'm not comfortable with that.

We have answered your questions in a reasonable amount of time (maximum 48 hours 2 business days). This morning we have written you an email proposing the desktop sharing. We are waiting for your reply on this matter.
Some problems cannot be reproduced here. They only occur to a few users, this is why we need the desktop sharing session. The decision whether to participate in this desktop sharing session or not is up to each user.

There is a serious communication problem there.
You have given answers.... Just never relevant to the emails that I am sending you. You keep repeating the same things and never actually reading my emails.
Most of the responses are 'sorry for the late response'. Just address my question or tell me a way to help you help me. It's not that complicated.
Pick a time. Communicate with me. Resolve the issue. I understand you are in Romania- that really doesn't matter- either work different hours or tell me what hour to work with you.

I too am experiencing the same problem. Dreamweaver crashes on my Mac when I go to make changes on a menu. I too am using Mac OS 10.4.11. Overall this menu program seems very buggy. I love the way it looks but I am wary of using it on client's websites. Will there be an updated version of the software available soon?
