Hello Support,
I am having this problem with my DW Creative dropdown menu. Ever since I reset my passcode and reinstalled the extension in DW cs4, I am not able to view the menu in view mode on dw cs4 and or IE. When I go to insert a new menu, I am able to view no problem within your software extension? but when I click "ok" and insert new menu then try and preview in view mode or on IE it doesnt show menu. It shows the list of pages in html text stacked. Like this:

NO MENU? I do not know what is going on? I have used this software 1 time and got it to work no problem...check out www.designitupweb.com. But now that I am trying to use it on a new project for a client...its not working. I had to revert to the sprymenu drop down standard...sucks...PLease advise how I can fix this? Thanks.
The website I am having problems on is www.bigboyduddz1.com which is my test site. Please check out. I am having to use the sprymenus now because I cant get extend menus to work...please help.

Hello Joe,
I tried to check the page that you are having problems but I keep getting address not found. Is it still online ?
I think that the problem in that page is with the connection to the "includes" folder. Maybe you forgot to upload that folder ?
If locally the site works, try to maintain the same structure for the website when uploading.

I get this error when trying to view the menu as I am creating it.
Unable to launch

Hello,
Please tell me what version of the product you are using. You can see that in the Extension Manager. The current version is 1.7.4. You can download it from your account on extendstudio.com.
Try to find that "Shared/Extend/Creative Menus" in your explorer. If it's not under the correct path ("C:usersAdministratorAppDataRoamingadobeDreamweaverCS4en_USConfiguration") it means that the Extension Manager hasn't installed the extension correctly. Check other user accounts to see if you can find it.
