Every time I open Dreamweaver CS4 and try to open Creative Menus - I get the DELETE this file prompt and I delete it, but I get this every time, no matter how many times I delete it. Then when I check the ignore this message it crashed dreamweaver. I am on a Mac and I am using Dreamweaver Cs4 - I have even tried deleting the cache in Dreawmweaver 9 folder which was in other posts. This does not work either. I am also having trouble inputting my new Flexi menus registration doesn't work....very frustrated.

Ok, even Creative DW Image Show crashes Dreamweaver, I don't get a prompt it just crashes. So the three extensions I have just bought - none of them work.
