Hello Hani,

We are sorry for the inconveniences you have been encountering, but we would like to mention that we have sent you an email responding to your inquiry on 3-12-2007. Given the fact that we havent received any response from you, we understood that the problem is fixed.
We have sent you a forward of this email.
Please tell us what problem you are encountering with Internet Explorer. Is it the same problem as above? Please send us some additional information so that we would be able to help you.
We would like to mention that our menus work fine with Internet Explorer, although, as you surely know, Internet Explorer has many bugs in interpreting the code of a page.
We hope that the above information has helped you and, if not, feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you in solving any problems you may encounter.

Sincerely,
Monica Chitu.

The original problem with the extra code took 2 weeks to respond from support and could not wait so we went another direction..

BUT, his is placing your initial set up, I have not even gone through and placed my wording, and customize the menu.

I am not sure about overseas, but in the US, this does not work in explorer, it does work in Safari, Netscape & Firefox, but on any PC that uses Explorer weather it is t our office or client, it does not work in Explorer..

I just want to see if anyone else had a similar issue.

Hello Hani,

We tested the menu from your website with IE6 and IE7 on windows and everithing behavies as it should. If you are testing the menus with IE5 on MAC you probably need to know that is a 10 year old browser, Microsoft doesnt offer support IE5 since 2003,it had been replaced by IE6 in 2001 , and every recent site will be rendered badly including apple.com & msn.com.

It would be great if you can tell us exactly for what to look!

I have sent you an email with 2 screenshots: one on IE6 and one on IE7.

Regards,
Catalin Serban

I am not sure why you would think that I would send you a request stating that I tested this on the PC in both 6 & 7, and then you mention the MAC. But I have sent a screen capture to support from PC Explorer version 6.

Again as I stated few days ago please see the first string, I tested this on the PC Explorer version 6 & 7. and the client is seeing the same thing on their computer (ALL PC not MAC, again I am not sure why you mention Mac in your reply when I specifically stated that this was test on PC)

Any USA explorer 6 & 7 users, please test this and let me know.

Hello Hani,

The only way of what I am seeing in the picture could happen is to not have the Flash Player installed in your computer for IE6 and IE7 or if you have blocked the JS from the html pages.
My suggestion is to go to www.adobe.com and download the lates version of flash player also please tell me if you can see www.extendstudio.com in your IE browser, because it is partially build in FLASH.

If you need to adjust the Internet security settings in IE, in order to allow the execution of JS code, this can be done from Tools>Internet options>Security Tab and you need to set the Level to the default (Medium-High)

By best regards and warmest whishes,
Catalin Serban
