I am getting a function error message '%s() is currently unavailable'rnrnI am trying to create a new menu in Dreamweaver CS4 using Mac OS X 10.5.9rnrnPlease advise ASAP as I need to build the website urgently.

Hello,
A cache clearance should fix this one out. Please delete Dreamweaver FileCache file.
The location of the FileCache.dat file depends your operating system and your version of Dreamweaver. Note that on Windows, the Application Data and AppData folders are hidden by default, so verify that your Windows Explorer folder options are set to View Hidden Folders.

Hello again,
Is this a fresh installation of the Creative DW Menus or is it an older installation ? Have you installed the updated version (1.7) ?
Do you think it's possible to make a desktop sharing session so that we can check out what is going wrong on your computer ?

I am having the same problem with DW CS4 crashing when inserting a new Creative Menu on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (fleximenus work fine)
I looked for the FileCache.dat on my entire system but it doesn't seem to exist anywhere
please advise

sorry for not looking harder... I found the MacFileCache-xxxxxxxx.dat and deleted it however, everytime I try to create a new menu, another file is created and I get the warning to delete the MacFileCache-xxxxxxxxx.dat file again....
I really like the products (Menus, Imageshow, etc) but cannot finish evaluating to purchase without resolving these issues
Please advise

Hi Jim,
After deleting the cache you still have the crash? Because the warning will continue to appear regardless of the cache deleting until you click on the checkbox - don't show this again.
