On some PCs the menu doesn't show. What should I do? And on some machines the drop down links don't work - they bring up an incomplete, black Adobe window that asks to click ok - when I do everything closes, including the internet window. I then get a MS error window.
What should I do?
Thanks'
Mr. M

Hi,
Do you have the menus online somewhere so we could see them? Do you have Flash player installed on the machines?
Best,

Here's the link. As I said on some machines the menu works fine, on others it either doesn't show or IE closes after the Adobe window closes. If Flash is required I could post a message and link to install it before visiting the site. As you can see this is a school's site so it is important for parents to have access from home. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Mr. M

Hello,
The menus need Flash in order to function. So, yes, I would make a check if the visitor has Flash Player installed and if not display a message (if you need help with that, let me know).
However, I can't replicate the bug that you are reporting. I have tried your page on all the browsers that I have and the menu works fine (except that it seems to be misaligned a little).
Could you please send us some screen shots at support at extendstudio.com ?
Also, details about your browser and flash player version would help.
Regards,
Andrei
