I downloaded the demo verson of the DW Menus Pack and it worked fine in DW CS3. Then I bought the full package and it crashes at startup with the following error after the main screen apprears:rn==============rnWhile executing window.close(); dw.runCommand(xtd_serialverify, "Creative DW Menus pack")' in xtd_CM_CreatemenuH.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.rn==============rn rnSo after buying the package I cannot use it. The screen to enter the serial number does not appear. It just shuts down.rn rnI bought it so I can use it and it doesn't start so I need to have this resolved.rn

I think a cache clearance should fix this one out. Please delete Dreamweaver FileCache file.
The location of the FileCache.dat file depends your operating system and your version of Dreamweaver. Note that on Windows, the Application Data and AppData folders are hidden by default, so verify that your Windows Explorer folder options are set to View Hidden Folders.

Thank you Andrei. I tried to submit a reply but submitting a reply would not work.
That's a no-go. I deleted the cache and the same error continues whether adding new or editing a menu. An existing menu can be inserted but then cannot be edited. Maybe I should have just bought FlexiMenusJS which I had downloaded and tried prior to downloading and trying Creative DW Pack. At this point, if there is no patch or resolution, I'll have to get a refund. This can't continue because there is no progress. Image Show works fine.

Hello again,
I will send you a package by email in about an hour or so. If this will still not work we will give you a refund for your purchase or, if you want, we can switch your Creative Menus license with a Flexi license.

Ok. I hope the package will work because I like the DW pack a lot. If not, then we can switch the license to the Flexi package. Thanks for the quick response Andrei.
