I had the extension on my DW8 App and it worked fine, now I have upgraded to CS4, I have installed the extension, but the extension tool bar is no where to be found, any ideas?rnrnKrys

Hello,

You can find the extension controls on the Insert panel and not the insert tab. To open the insert panel you need to go to Window->Insert, or press Ctrl/Command + F2. Once opened, you will notice several categories and one of them is Creative Menus.

Thanks Andrei, now when I try to insert a menu, a box comes up asking for my serial number, I have been putting in my licnese number, but it gives me a 201 fail code. What am I doing wrong now.

Hi again Krys,

You receive that error because you've used the license number to register a component already. You need to reset the license before using it again. You can do that from your account on our website. Just click on the "My account" button above.
