Also, I gave the menu enough space and selected rounded corners, but it looks cut off.

Hi,

Actually, the “cut corners” checkboxes tells the menu to cut off the round corners and use straight corners instead. The Adobe skin doesn’t have very rounded corners, maybe that’s why you missed them the first time.

You can set the button spacing from the layout section of the interface, “main menu button settings” category. Give it a value of 3 or something like that and it should look ok.

Thanks.

Now that I want to insert the menu...if I choose to insert an existing menu it says there is a problem reading the menu information.

If I try to insert a new menu it fills the page with the menu text.

Thanks in advance.

The above is driving me crazy...I've spent six hours creating new menus and trying every combination to get it to insert properly....all I get is a long text list of the link names.

What gives????

Hello,

In the includes folder there is a txt file for each menu that you have created on that website. In that file each menu keeps a list of all the pages in which it was inserted. The first page is the one that it was created on. When you use the “insert existing menu” feature, the extension looks inside that file and tries to copy the menu structure from the first file on the list. If the menu it’s no longer present on that page (or if the page doesn’t exists anymore) it will throw you that error.

What you need to do is to edit that file and put a page, that you know for sure it has the menu on, at the top of that list. Or, you can delete the page name on top of that list.

Kind regards,
