Can the menu be placed on the rght hand side of the page and have the sub menus appear to the left instead of the right?

Hello Kim,

This feature is available in FlexiMenusJS. Creative Menus will be replaced in the end by FlexiMenus. We will probably launch a flash version for FlexiMenus as well but i can't tell you when.
