In the email the serial number is listed separately from license number.
The Dream weaver prompt asks for serial number only. This led to the error.
I see now that you have to use both numbers, but the prompt only asked for a serial number. This could be explained better from the beginning and save some frustration for people.
I figured it out and the registration is complete.

I purchased the Dreamweaver upgrade lastnight and installed the CS4. Everything was wonderful until....
I have the Ver 10.0 Build 4117 of Dreamweaver CS4 and what worked just last night on my Ver 8.2 Build 2011 Dreamweaver 8 is not today. I bought the Creative DW Menus Pack. As you know the Creative DW Menu Pack is a bundle of 3 Dreamweaver menu extensions:
* Creative DW Drop Down Menu,
* Creative DW Vertical Menu
* Creative DW Tabbed Menu.
I also purchased
*Creative FlashFX
*Creative MovieFX v1
*Creative MovieFX v2
*Creative TextFX v1
*Creative TextFX v2
The licensing has never been an issue until I upgraded and now I am getting this error trying to use my Creative Tools with my new Dreamweaver.
"License validation failed! Error code 202."
I bought my Dreamweaver from Adobe so what is the problem??? None of my tools work?

Trying to pres your "Reset License" button does nothing not even a hourglass 'wait' icon! What it gives me is an error up top of your page that says...
"You license is not registered yet !"
Which can't be the case because I've been using them on Dreamweaver 8 for the last 6 months! I have a deadline for this project I need someone to fix this issue.

Hello Chris,
First of all I would like to apologize for the problems you are experiencing.
Do you receive error 202 on all the extensions? Please make sure that you copy the code correctly for each extension and you don’t have any spaces added to the end or at the beginning of the serial number.
Also, I have checked the account that you posted from and I couldn’t see any Creative Menus license. Do you have a different account with the menu pack license.

I am confused by the fact that I do not have a Creative Menus license on 'MyOrders' page as well since it was the first program I bought from your company. I do not recall using any other registration infor nor email as I keep my information on a seperate Microsoft Excel® worksheet with all titles, passwords, and serial numbers necessary to use my purchased products. (Although I was contracting for another company at the time of purchase and may have used a different email.) I know I no longer have the credit card number from that purchase as you have helped me before retrieve my information because my card was stolen. So where do we go from here? As soon as i get home from work I can go through each extension and see if the menus are the only extension having an issue. I know the Text FX and Movie FX are working fine as of this morning in my Flash CS4. I'm not understanding why my upgrade with a legetimate copy crashed all your extensions I use in Dreamweaver with the exception of the new one I bought last night, FlexiPanels CSS for Dreamweaver, and it works fine on my new CS4 Dreamweaver. HELP!

Andrei, after going through my spreadsheet I did use another email address for the Creative DW Image Show and Creative DW Menus Pack purchases. I'm hoping that within the next hour when I get home I can test it and my probems will be over. If not I shall post to you again!
