After purchasing the product I clicked on the insert menu
It asked my to insert the serial number which i did and then NOTHING
So i click it again and it asks for the serial AGAIN... which it says is in error 201.
I goto the site and reset the validation
go through the same procedure
same thing happens
I'm using Dreamweaver CS3

This never happened before and we apologize for the inconveniencies. It will be great if you can help us with a few answers that can help us pinpoint the problem.
1. What OS are you using
2. After clicking the OK button do you receive the message Serial Successfully validated
3. In which language is your DW installed
4. Are you having Administrator writes on this machine

Is it possible the extension was just a bum install?
It's CS3 operating on XP in English. I do have admin rights on my pc (my own design firm out of my home)

Hello,
What I saw in your video is the normal license validation process. What I understand from your emails is that if you click the Insert Menu Button again right after the license validation you are prompted for the serial number again, which is not normal. Is that what is happening? After validating you should be able to use the product interface when clicking the insert menu button. The validation window should only appear the first time you open the interface.
Is it possible to have a desktop sharing session with you in order for us to see exactly what happens on your computer so we can fix this issue? If this is a product issue we would gladly offer you 2 free licenses for other Extend Studio products in exchange for your help in fixing this bug.

Setting up a shared desktop is fine. please contact me to arrange. I am in the Pacific Time Zone (GMT-8) Sooner rather than later as this is the last thing hindering my delivery to the client
