Hi I have bought this software and I have created a menu that is nice. The problem is that the tab is not selected accordingly with the page I am visiting.

The site is www.excale.es

Many thanks,

this is working in IE but not in Firefox and Opera.

really I like your software but is giving many problems with different browsers, I can't get everything working fine in all of them. I had to put my previous wesite in the mean time.

I would apreciate your help

I have solved the format problems so now I would need your help and this issue regarding the tabs.

I have put the site with your menu again:

www.excale.es

thanks

Hello,

Delete the "/" from the beginning of the URL’s on the buttons. If it’s still not working, set the target to “_self”, you currently don’t have any target set.

Kind regards,

Thanks!

I have tried both. Witout the / it works but the problem is whith pages that are not in the root. If that is the case the new URL is added on the top and sometimes it does not exists.

What is the way to fix this?

Hello,

Well, if they are in a folder inside the root folder you should use :
" folderName/page ".

You could also try using absolute links.

Kind regards,

Thanks that worked grate!

One final issue to have this working perfectly. The first time someone access to our page the section where the menu is has a wrong size until all the code is loaded. This causes a strange effect, due to all the page is moved down for a few seconds. Is this normal or can I adjust it?

cheers

Hello,

No, this happens as the page is loading and there is nothing you can do to make the menu render faster than that.

If you have any more questions in the future feel free to write here again.

I wish you good luck on your projects!
