Hello everytime when I start Creative Menu or Creative image show Dreamweaver chrach with the following message:rnthe function %s() is not available in the moment. When I press OK DW quits. Whats the Problem?

Hello,
Please delete Dreamweavers cache file. Dreamweaver cache locations on different operating systems:
Windows Vista:
Users[username]AppDataRoamingAdobeDreamweaverlanguageConfigurationWinCachesome_number.dat
Windows XP:
Documents and Settings<Your User Name>Application DataAdobeDreamweaver language ConfigurationWinCachesome_number.dat
MAC OS X
User/library/application support/adobe/DreamweaverCS/language/Configuration/MACCachesome_number.dat
After that, start Dreamweaver and try to insert a menu again.

Hello, 1. There is no file like this, there is only one file with this name: MacFileCache-A58CCE96.dat
I delete this but no success, all the time DW Crashes when I start Creative menu or Image Show. Hey Guys I paid for this Product and so I will a working one. I have CS 4 Master Collection and all works fine. Mac OS X 10.5.6 on 2.66 Dual Core Intel Xeon with 10 GB 667 Mhz DDR2 FB-Dimm
So please help or i will my money back!!!!
And your support system is also buggy, i try to reply to your answer and thi system tell me : Insert more than 2 characters, what the hell is this

Hello,
now its enough. I will my money back. Nothing works correctly, and such a real bad support, thats not OK. I paid over 80 Euro and it doesn´t work and crashes every time my DW CS4. So send my money back!!!!!!!

I am having the same problem!!! Getting the same error message about the function not being available and it crashes dreamweaver. I have cleared the cache several times, restarted, rebooted, nothing!! I need this fixed or I want my money back! I am on macbook pro osx, have adobe CS4 Master and everything else works fine!! Help!!

I understand your frustration and I’m surprised that your problem remained unsolved. I present you my most sincere apologies for this.
To try and repair this, we offer you for license to a product of your choice, for free. Also, you can keep the Creative Menus license and we can do the desktop sharing now if you want. Or, if you don’t want to try and repair Creative Menus we can give you a FlexiMenus license instead, again free of charge.
I want to assure you that this is not the way we handle support and we don’t want to have unsatisfied clients. What led to this situation is our forum that we hope to change very soon. The way it’s built makes it hard to manage and follow. Nevertheless, this is not your problem and you should’ve got support for your problem.
If you don’t accept the offer above, we will give you the refund for your purchase.

Ok may we can test it with FlexiMenus, but no Product from your company works, also the image show crashs DW, and so here is my deal for you: we try to repair my licensed adons and youl give me a license for fleximenus, cause i wait now more then 4 month for an solution
