I am having the same problem, the drop down menus do not work in Firefox, I have the last version 3.08. I am also having a problem with the menus layer covering up links in Internet Explorer, on the websites that I use the menus, I can make the layer go away if I roll over the same drop down menu item but the users don't know that and will get frustrated. On www.kingdomautosales.com in Firefox the menu seems to cover up the vehicle detail pages corner where the user needs to be able to scroll the photos to the left and cannot click on the photo to make the main photo larger even though the sub menus won't come up and on www.jasonbaima.com is where the menu covering up the link is happening in IE, this site has the same problem with the sub menus not showing up also.rnrnThanks, rnrnDave

Hello Dave,
First of all, sorry for the late reply, I wasn't announced about this post, I don’t know why.
I’ve checked your page and indeed it wasn’t working. I copied all the code on my computer and edited the menu once and now it works. I think that you haven’t updated the files on server after you made modifications to the menu. Try that.

Andrei Rinciog

Hello,
I don't know what site you downloaded to your computer but I just tried what you told me to do and nothing has changed, I actually have a worse problem now, the sub menus don't work at all on jasonbaima.com in IE 8, this is going to be a huge problem.
I have another site that I use tabbed menus and they work fine, but I am having a lot of problems with the drop down menus, please help me resolve these problems as soon as you can, I really like your product but I am going to be losing customers if I can't get this resolved quickly.
Thanks,
Dave

I had to add a new post because this page kept telling me I had to add more than 2 characters, when I tried to reply.

I sure would like to know if anyone is working on this. The menu's work in Safari and Google Chrome, so it has to be something with IE 8 and Firefox.

Hello,
The problem on the first website, the one named www.kingdomautosales.com, can be solved by download and installing the latest package of the Menus. The pack you have was released before Firefox 3 was launched and it has a missing line in the javascript code.
On the second website, the submenus cannot drop-down over an iframe. Nothing from the page can get over there. Maybe you can put the menu directly inside the iframe ?
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog

I will download the latest package of menus. But in the mean time, the problem with the second website has nothing to do with frames, it works fine in Google Chrome and Safari, also in IE7, just not Firefox and IE8, but that is the same problem with all sites using this menu package, the problem that I was reporting with the second site is that when you hover over a menu item, for example, Nosy?, then hover over Buy Stuff, then click on CD's, you can't click on the cd cover until you hover over Nosy? again, it's like the layer doesn't go away and is over the cd cover but when you hover over it the second time it goes away, then you can click on half of the cd cover until you hover overBuy Stuff, then the second layer from that menu will go away and then everything works fine from that point on, the problem is that no one will know to do this since it is not normal behavior, the Nosy? menu doesn't always hang but the Buy Stuff Menu does.
Thanks,
Dave

The above error occures on all sites when trying to edit an existing menu. I am running the CS4 version if this helps any.
