Hi there,

I have a couple of problems:

How do you tell a viewer they need Flash to use a web site view a site utilising your Dreamweaver Extension? And what is the minimum version required?

Also when will there be an update removing the poor idea of creating a system that creates spaces in file names as this is limiting the use of this extension as certain servers will not be able to parse such data?

Also I have seen many statements on your forum with reference 'the next version will address this issue' couple of questions for this:

1: When will it be available?
2: Will customers be expected to pay for this?

Thanks in advance, by the wat not moaning about your product I think its a cool piece of kit!

Hello,

You can tell the website viewers to download the latest version of Flash Player using a little bit of javascript. I’ve sent you an example HTML by email.

The next version of the Creative Menus is under development and we don’t know at this time the release date. In the following couple of months, I think. We will work hard on the next version so that the new version won’t have any of the bugs reported by our clients on the first version.
