What's the trick to getting Creative Drop Down Menu to update across all the pages on mysite. I created the orginal menu on my index page, then inserted it using the 'insert existing menu'. When I edit I make sure the 'Update all pages' is checked. The only page that updates is the first page. It won't save the changes on other pages even if I open the edit window, check to see the changes are there , then save again.

OK, I deleted all the menus on my site and tried creating a new nenu on my index page. Then I inserted it to the other pages. Same problem as above. I deleted it from the the page i generated it in then add ed it back using the insert menu feature. Then it would update the edit across the site.
Then i went to insert the menu in a new page and it get this message:
While executing onClick_CM_InsertMenu.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:
at line 473 of file "C:...........";Cannot find .............html
At line 473 of file..............Atguement number 1 is invalid.
What's up with that...this seems really unstable?

Hi Jim,
Could you, please, tell me what version of the extension you have installed on your computer? You can find this information in the Adobe Extension Manager.
I have been testing on my computer and the insert existing menu and update in multiple pages options seemed to work fine. We have released some updates on the extensions (the latest version is 1.1.5). If you don't have this installed please download the latest version from your extendstudio.com account (you don't need to uninstall the old version).
Please let me know if you still have problems with the latest version.

I just got the app and I have version 1.1.0. I had trouble downlaoding it from the sever and that's the version you guys emailed me in a .rar file. Could I please get the lastest version. Then I will try it again. Thank you.

OK, once again I tried downloading the newer version from your website (a number of times). The compressed file keeps getting corrupted. This is like the 12th time this has happened. I have yet to have a succesful download from your site. Please email me the newest version asap, thank you.

Ok, I installed version version 1.1.5 you sent me and I still have the same problem. I wiped all my menus and created a new one. I think the problem may be that I am using the load presets, load menu structure feature that was saved under a different name than my new menu when I create my menu. Is there a way of changing the code manually to direct it to the new menu name?

Hi David,
We are working on a fix for this problem. It usualy appears when files containing the menu are moved/renamed/deleted without editing the menu afterwards. When you move/rename/delete a file containing the menu, you have to edit the menu in that page so that the menu can keep track of what pages it's in.
In the mean time, we can try to fix this problem for your website if you send an archive of it at support[AT]extendstudio[DOT]com.

I am running 1.5.0 and I am unable to udpate the menu in pages across the site even though the box is checked. Also, I cannot delete a menu from my home page using the Delete Menu selection for the Extend DW menu. Is there a trick to this? Is there a problem using this extension in tempates (dwt files)?

Ok, How do you update the menu bar, I have 16 some pages and I updated one bar and click update all and it only updates that one page, on the main menu I inserted the bar and it was an old version and wrong format. HELP www.rjgraphix.com/house2home/about.html
