Several nights ago I made my purchase. Accidentally I hit the PAY button twice. The website still does not show that I have paid, but PayPal shows the double charge on my account for a total of $USD 108.42 x 2. I have contacted your company by email twice with no reply. I am using this menu on a large website for a client and need to get a serial number.... AND to get the charge reversed for the accidental. Is anyone home? Thanks.

All is well now and I am currently downloading the Creative DW Menus Pack. Because what I have been working with is the Vertical Menu, how do I install without losing all the work I have done thusfar? Thanks in advance.

Hello,
When you install the new component, only the configuration files are updated. The files that you have on your sites remain intact. So, the menu you've already created won't have any modifications. In fact, to get it to update to the full version you have to edit it once.
