I am still trying to get my licence number working, but STILL getting "You licence is not registered yet" when trying to reset my licence.
Thought you had supposed to have fixed this?

Hello David,

Have you tried to register the product with the license code ?

That error appears when you try to reset a license that hasn't been used since the last reset.
