Here's the error:
http://www.matrixturf.com/error.jpg
I guess I have 2 questions...
1. How do I make this work? Certainly I'm not going to switch my host because a piece of software won't make web friendly file names - which, REALLY - that didn't occur to you? So what do I do now???
2. I've got to know. How do you sleep at night selling a product that is such JUNK?
Awaiting an answer to both questions,
Bridgette

This is indeed a well known bug of our product and we will issue the refund for your purchase.
This bug will be fixed in the next version of the menus.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue caused.
