I would like o inform the authors of the Creative DW Menus Pack (Which does not work) that I am , as well as a web site designer, also a journalist for a well known UK based consumer PC magazine.
I am currently writing an article which is to discuss the pros and cons of purchasing extensions for programs such as Flash or Dreamweaver. I will also in this issue be discussing some extension Design manufacturers such as yourselves and others (Maximenu etc.)
I would be happy to discuss with yourselves the reasons why you are happy to sell non working extensions to the general public and whether you will continue to do so in the near future.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

Hello,
We never did and never will sell products without testing them thoroughly to make sure that they are stable versions and all the features function properly. Even so, sometimes problems appear. It’s normal, and you have to agree that it’s impossible to create software without any bugs. When these problems appear our support team takes the point and tries to solve the issues as fast as possible. We have to work too, don’t we ? :)
Your problem has been solved today during a desktop sharing session. We will also make that package update today to get the CS 4 preview bug out of the product. If you encounter any more problems with our products, please write to us again.
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hi Andrei,
The above letter was posted last night before todays seession and I am appreciative to yourself and other extend studio support staff for all that was done today to asssist.
would further like to add that since speaking to my editor regarding the forthcoming article, he has told me that I must endeavour to mention the assistance from each company I deals withs support mechanisms. This will be done and the resultant article will be completed and publisged in the coming months edition of PC Magazine. Thank you.
Kind regard,
Stephen
