On being told that extension manager had installed the program files from creative menus for dreamweaver on another user on my computer I can confirm that that is crap as I am the only user on the computer and I am the admnistrator ar that so if you are going to reply to my query please don't lie to me. I am not a burke!!!

Hello Stephen,

I didn’t lie to you, this is the main cause of that error. You already looked into that folder and saw that the files aren’t there, so they got installed somewhere else.You have default users on your operating system that you must check. They may be hidden by default and in order to see those accounts you must . If you want we can make a desktop sharing so I can help you more on this issue.
