Hi folks,

Any chance at some help.

I recently purchased DW CS4 and needed some extension so, I came here. I have purchased the Creative Menus Pack for Dreamweaver but there have been a few problems.

When I make any menu and try to preview it, it brings up a warming telling me that - appdata/roaming/adobe/dreamweavercs4/en_US/configuration/creativemenuspreview/creativemenuspreview.exe does not exist.
When I searched for ths file it is true it does not exist on my pc. There has been a file created withing the site called "Includes" but I assume that is for the menu itself. Does anyone know where this file should be or can be found and where is it supposed to be installed to? Also, is there any way for me to reinstall the extension in a different way to enable them to work properly?

Hello Stephen,

This problem is created by the Extension Manager. Sometimes it installs extension files on another user on your computer and that’s why you can’t find that file under its correct path. You can check the path on different user accounts and when you find files that are labeled xtd or something related to our product, just copy them on the correct user account ( make sure you maintain the path, only change the user ).
If you still have problems making the component to work please write to us again.

I have the same problem listed in this posting, I have checked the directory and the structure is correct

C:Documents and SettingsStephenApplication DataAdobeDreamweaver CS4en_USConfigurationSharedExtendCreative Menus

however from the creative menues directory the preview and creativemenuespreview.exe do not exist.

The above menus are not present in all other users directory, therefore i am assuming the install is correct, just the directory & file are missing
