I've just deployed the menus in a web page of mine and html validation fails with 52 errors! All of which are the menu.
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.redraventherapy.co.uk%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&ss=1&group=0&user-agent=W3C_Validator%2F1.606#line-50
is there any way to sort this or is it always gonan show teh pages with loads of errors?

I know many people will say errors aren't important, but I am starting out as a web host and this is just one of teh site sI've doen for somebody, I've just checked another site taht I publisher for somebody with eth menus and they fail validation too. Main reason I had it brought to my attention was another very large site I built for a comapny (the one above is just a quick site doen for my wife) was posted by the client on a forum and it got absolutely flamed for being produced with over a thousand errors across the web site (admitedly one or two were silly things on my part but eth vast majority was from eth menus). Unfortunately this has now had a very adverse effect on me and my business. How can I correct them?

Hello,
I understand the problem, and we apologize for this. As I told someone else on the forum, these warnings appear because we used custom a parameters to the div’s. This is how we developed the menus then and we had to do this to make the menus SEO friendly. Because of the numerous complains about these validation errors we will do our best to not repeat this on the second version.
Kind regards,
Andrei Rinciog

When is this 2nd version due? I'm getting a serious ear biting form peopel about it and it's making me look bad becaus eI can't correct it, I've actually started removing them and replacing them with css menus on one site, it's the site I actually bought the software for in the first place! So I'm currently out of pocket and considering refund. Is the 2nd version due soon? (i.e. within a week or two) will it be a free upgrade to those taht have the older non validating version?

Is there any progress on the new version which validates? I am dying to use this but the specs on the project I am on states the code must validate 100%.

No offense, Podman, but I just paid for and downloaded the latest version and it still as 42 validation errors in 1 page of what will end up being a 50+ page website. As I would like to keep my reputation, as some of the above have stated, I am requesting a refund on my recent purchase.
I will agree the menus look great, but the errors drag that down terribly.
