Support Guys,

What is the drill for getting/installing the updated products? I have the DW dropdown and the Fl dropdown. Do we download them from the product page or from the "My Products" area. Do we have to uninstall the original product first? Do we have to manually remove any .dll or any other files? Sorry to ask so many questions but I'm not a programming wizard and need to follow explicit directions.

I also posted a question on Oct 11 regarding my DW dropdowns. I hope someone has given it some thought.

Hi,

Yes, the new version can be downloaded from the My Products section.

You just have to install it using the Extension Manager. You don't need to uninstall the old version (it will be replaced by the new one).
