I have been working with the menus. Recently I successfully added a Tabbed Menu. Now I am trying to add a Drop Down Menu, and I get this error from DreamWeaver:
While executing onLoad in xtd_CM_CreateMenuH.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
In file "xtd_CM_CreateMenuH":
initUI is not defined.
I can add a Tabbed Menu, but neither a Vertical Menu nor a Drop Down Menu.
Please help rescue me.
Thanks.

I am attempting to modify my [vertical] menu and upon OK I receive the message twice. I have to cancel to get out of the extend dialog box. the message is: While executing onClick in xtd_CM_EditMenuV.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

If I go into a "site" that already has a menu, I can edit it OK. But I cannot Add a new Drop Down or Vertical menu - even in a completely blank page.
So, I am not in the extend dialog box. This error occurs when I select Insert Drop Down Menu or Insert Vertical Menu.

Hello guys,
Kirby, i've told Ken to delete Dreamweaver's cache file and try the component again. I think you should do the same and it's a very big possibility that the error will disappear. If the issue persists please write to me at support@extendstudio.com
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog

I am using Adobe CS4 with Windows Vista.
At the request of the support team I deleted the cache file:
C:UsersprinceAppDataRoamingAdobeDreamweaver CS4en_USConfigurationWinFileCache-D06F2AB8.dat
Once I delete this file (after restarting Dreamweaver), I am able to create new Menus of all 3 types.
Thank you for your help.
Ken.

Hi
I have just downloaded the trial version Menus vertical on a MAC OS X running Dreamweaver CS3
I have followed the instruction that was in the GETTING STARTED FILE. However I opened up and existing website that I am designing , and got this message. YOU HAVE TO CREATE A SITE BEFORE INSERTING A CREATIVE MENU!
Please advise.
Thanks
Tim

Hello Tim,
The page, that you are trying to insert the vertical menu in, is inside a Dreamweaver Site ? Here's the tutorial about Dreamweaver's Sites. Follow this tutorial and if you have any more questions please write back : http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-dropdown-menu/documentation/tutorials/how-to-create-a-website.html
Kind regards,
Andrei Rinciog

I am working with the DW vertical menus. I have successfully created my navigation and added it to the library in my dreamweaver site.
For this design I wanted to use a second (different) vertical menu in another section of the page. When I follow the same steps and add the second menu I get the following message.
"This menu requires JavaScript in order to be properly displayed. Viewing requirements can be found at <a href="www.extendstudio.com">Extend Studio</a>
I've been trying to debug, but am getting dizzy looking at code ;-) Is there a conflict here? Can I use two vertical menus on the same page?
Help is greatly appreciated.
Grahame
