I have been using DW Drop Down Menus for about a week and today when I went to add a menu to a page, Dreamweaver crashed and I had to restart it. When that happened, I was prompted to enter my license code again. I entered it and got the error message "License validation failed. Error Code 201".

Hello,
Please reset your serial number and try again. You can do this by logging into your extendstudio.com account and using the Reset link in the Account -> My products section.
If you still have problems with the serial number please send me your order information at support[AT]extendstudio[DOT]com and I will look into it.

I have paid for DW Drop Down, and installed it with Adobe Extension Manager. Every time I attempt to insert a drop down menu, DW crashes. I don't get an opportunity to enter the serial number.

I am having a problem with the plugin. I can use it once in a session. If I go back to edit or add a menu Dreamweaver crashes. I then re-open Dreamweaver and can use the plugin only once. If I click to edit Dreamweaver will crash again. The only way I get around the crashes is to close Dreamweaver, re-open it, update my file and then preview it. If I want to make another edit I then need to close and open Dreamweaver again.
I am working on a Mac Version 10.4.11

I am having the same problems with the DW drop down menus. Dreamweaver crashes when I go to add a menu and then my license will not work. Is there fix in the works, seems like this is a common probelm.

The computer is a MacPro 2.8 dual quad core, 6 Gb of ram. OS is Mac 10.5 The Dreamweaver is CS3 fully up to date.

I am having a issue with the registration of the dreamweaver menus. I download and installed according to the instructions. It finished with a sucessful message.
When I ago into dreamweaver, the menus are where they should be. My problem is that is looks like a demo version or something. It is filled with extend information and I am never asked for a registration....
HELP!

I have been using the menu package and it continues to crash my Dreamweaver CS4 and I'm using a mac osx. Then it asks for the serial number, I put that in and it says it's not valid. I went to my account, and tried to RESET the serial number and it says that it's not registered and won't allow me to do it. I've purchased this, I really like it, and need help asap - I have a presentation to give to a client in a few hours! PLEASE HELP!!!!
