I have been trying to use the extends menus and I keep having problems with it when I try to run the menu in dreamweaver CS3. I can open the menu interface just fine, but when I try to update the menu with my own content I get the error message:
While executing onClick in xtd_CM_CreateMenuV.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.
I'm not sure what all that means but I;m open to any advice or suggestions any one might have.
Thank for the assistance.
JT
Thank you for your prompt response.

Hello John,
If it didn't work deleting Dreamweaver's Cache file we will resolve this with a desktop sharing session.
I've sent you an email with more details.
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hello,
I am also having the exact same issue. I cannot get past the "While executing onClick in xtd_CM_CreateMenuV.htm, a JavaScript error occurred." message and am unable to save changes to my menu.
Please help ASAP as this is really holding me up.
Thanks,
Patrick

Hi guys,
This has been answered several times in the forums already. Since this is more of a Dreamweaver problem than an ExtendStudio one, I'll give you a link that says exactly how to fix it.

Hello,
This issue has surfaced in this forum many times but there are no solutions posted. I have tried everything (including the standard delete the cache file, delete and reload the extension and the wild goose chase to Adobe you linked above) and I have not been able to resolve this issue.
It would be helpful to your clients (and assumed) that given the number of posts on this issue that a real work around be posted within this forum, and not a simple redirect to Adobe.
I would like a real solution for this issue please or a refund as I cannot delay my work any further because of your product.
Thanks,
Patrick

Hello,
It is true that this kind of problem has been posted several times around here. Usually the way to fix it is to make a file cache clearance. However, this sometimes doesn't work and when this happens it's hard to figure out what's going on. Keep in mind that our extensions rely on the environment to function properly. There are many things that can go wrong that it's impossible to figure out exactly on each computer. That's why the best thing to do is to make a desktop sharing. This way, we see exactly what's wrong on your computer and we fix it right away.
Patrick and Ikechukwu, I will send each of you an email with a couple of questions and some details on how we could set the a desktop connection.
Regards,
Andrei Rinciog

I am having this issue as well. It happened only once in a while when i had drop down menus but since i purchased the menu pack developer i have not been able to anything. I keep this this error over and over again. Clearing the cache file has not helped, i have tried it multiple times.
Please assist ASAP.
For the record, my environment is:
-Mac OS X 10.6.1
-2.66 Intel Core 2 Duo
-2GB DDR3 RAM
-Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection CS4
Thanks in advance.

Hello Ari,
Could we connect for a desktop sharing session? This way we could see exactly what's the source of the problem on your computer and fix it. It won't take more than a couple of minutes.
Regards,
Andrei

Of course. I am not sure how we would do it all my PC's have terminal services but this is a Mac that we are dealing with right now. Please contact me via phone to determine the best way to desktop share. I am picky about security and will not discuss this sort of thing in email.
You can use the telephone number associated with my account.
Thanks.
