The sub-menus show in all other browsers except IE, and it was IE 7 so it's not an old browser. Below is the link.

I'm having the same issue. Sub menus work fine with Firefox, but no go for IE7. (Flash settings are enabled)

I am also having this problem. I can see the submenus in Opera but not in Firefox nor in Internet Explorer 7.
I installed the free version of the product yesterday and the submenus were working fine, then I bought the product today and installed the 'bought' version. I created a sample menu in a test page and it doesn't work... no submenus. How frustrating...
Can you post the solution here so we know what the resolution of the issue is.
Tks,
Deirdre

I've solved my problem! We got a new upgrade of IE. This is when my menus quit working. We were using a component on our page from Add This. It put in a line of code which references the visibility of Flash objects. When we set it to "false" as instructed by the Add This documentation. It still hid my menus. When we deleted the entire line of code every thing worked well.
The ADD THIS docs are at:
http://www.addthis.com/help.php
Hope this helps everyone. I was very disappointed by the lack of response from Extend

Hello guys,
Al, I must confess, I was kind of stuck on your problem and didn’t know how to answer it. I also sent the problem to the development team but they didn’t had the chance yet to look over it ( busy guys ). So, I apologize but yet I’m very happy you we’re able to find the problem. Also, thanks for sharing the solution with the rest of us. We will take a closer look at that component you’ve used and take put it into our compatibility issues knowledge base.
I don’t think that this will solve Deirdre’s problem. Deirdre I just finished making a copy of your page on my local computer. I will give you an answer as soon as I can find one.
Kind regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hello Deirdre,
After i've removed the javascript that created that picture slide show from the header, the menu's worked ok. We are sorry for this inconvenience but i hope you understand that we cannot make compatible products with all the components that are on the internet. Things like this happen and there is nothing we can do about it.
Best regards,
Andrei Rinciog
