My account shows version 1.7.8 is the latest version, released on 23.06.2011.

When I download version 1.7.8 it is actually version 1.7.6 from 13.04.2011.

How do I download the latest version 1.7.8?

We are aware about this issue, but this is just a display problem in the Extension Manager. I can assure you that you have the latest version installed. We will fix it as soon as possible.
