I have sent a number of messages to this forum and nothing you have told me to do has fixed this problem!!! I would like to use the menus that I have paid for so I am asking ONE MORE TIME for your assistance to fix this problem. You yave sent through fix patches (DIDNT WORK) I have cleared the cache (DONT WORK) every time I try to edit a menu DW crashes.
I had no problem with this on my old MAC G5 running 10.5 but as soon as I upgraded my machine to an imac I7 running LION I have not been able to use YOUR SOFTWARE.
I think a major upgrade of your software should be considered if you intend to keep selling this product.

Hello Chris,
We actually have a fix for the problem on Lion and DW CS5.5
Here's a download for the patch:
http://www.extendstudio.com/product_assets/support_files/Creative_DW_Menu_Pack_Designer_cs55_osx.zip
After you download the patch install it over the installed full version of the extension.

Hello,
We apologize for the inconveniences caused by this issue.
The patch has worked so far when used by other clients that had this problem. It is strange that it hasn't worked in your case. Probably you have a different problem than what the patch fixes.
Do you have any special characters in your user name or the name of the computer?
Do you use Dreamweaver locally or over a network?
