Please look at my site www.dawarinc.com. The toolbar shows up fine with sub-menus using an apple, and does not on a pc via interent explorer. It works on fiefox as well. What could be the issue?

Please help.

It is declared and posted correctly. That cannot be the issue. Please look at it again. The toolbar is in the header.php file. I need this resolved. Please help.

Hello Davi,

Ive checked your website and you inserted the doctype declaration inside your <html> ,</html> tags.
The declaration should be at the beginning of the document, before the <html> tag.
You should have in mind that using a different doctype will change a little bit the way browsers display your website, but at least you can control this.
Not using one each browser will display your website the way their default doctype tells them, so you will have clients that will see your website different than how you want.
Also, if you want to use our product your website has to be standard compliant and valid.
