Creative DW Menu Pack is a suite of Dreamweaver extensions that seamlessly blends the flexibility of DHTML and the Flash look and feel to create beautifully web site menus. The extension comes with over 30 built in skins that can be customized to suit the design (colors, fonts, size) and include a smart resize system that preserves round corners and the gradient fills when you change the menu size.

After reading in the forum, thankfully I am only on the Vertical Menu demo. Menus work fine in IE, but are only showing text links in Opera and FireFox. If I am going to using this program on a mega-site with thousands of pages, this is unacceptable. The thought of someone coming into my secured computer with remote assistance is a laughable solution! So is waiting over two weeks for tech support. Even your forum has no 'back' button functions (off the subject, I know). I have other FL products, but am not too impressed with what some of the other people are going through trying to get their issues resolved. Why won't the menus display properly in the other browsers?

Thank you for your time,

Randi

PS. Sorry if there are typos here, I have been working 12 hour days on this web site project.

Hello Randi,

I understand form your email that you wrote us two weeks ago but I cant find the email, forum post or direct feedback request.
I assure you that we are doing everything to resolve every issue. There are sometimes issues that only appear to few people and it is impossible for us to reproduce them here. When this happens we request the help of the client in exchange of some services.

Regarding your problem are you using Flash products or Dreamweaver extensions? If its a Dreamweaver extension please send us the link to the page to see exactly what is happening. If it is possible it will be great if you can send us the website via email.

Before doing this please make sure that you have Flash Player installed for Opera and Firefox (if you installed FF and Opera after flash player you need to reinstall the plug-in - this can be tested here http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507 )
