box Creative DW Menus Pack
Creative DW Menu Pack is a suite of Dreamweaver extensions that seamlessly blends the flexibility of DHTML and the Flash look and feel to create beautifully web site menus. The extension comes with over 30 built in skins that can be customized to suit the design (colors, fonts, size) and include a smart resize system that preserves round corners and the gradient fills when you change the menu size.

Everytime I try to edit or load a new Creative Menu Dreamweaver crashes.
I also have JQuery slider which works perfectly fine.

I am using
Dreamweaver CS5.5 and Mac 10.7.2
Creative DW Menu Pack 1.7.4

Also having a lag in Safari loading the menus and they are acting a little strange. Thats why I wanted to go back and re-look at the menus themselves in Dreamweaver.

Hello,

I think a cache clearance should fix this one out. Please delete Dreamweaver FileCache file.
The location of the FileCache.dat file depends your operating system and your version of Dreamweaver. This is the location for the cache file for Mac:
Mac HD/Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS5.5/

Regarding the Safari lag, please tell me exactly on what version of Safari are you testing?
You can check the Safari version by opening browser, go to Safari general settings ( the right icon in top right), choose the option labeled About Safari. This will open a dialog box containing the browser's version number.

Hello Elena,
I deleted the File Cache. I also deleted the site cache and let Dreamweaver rebuild it.

As soon as I try to edit or add a menu Dreamweaver crashes. Below is a part of the crash report. I hope this helps.

As far as Safari details:
My menus seem to flash off then turn on again as if they are reloading. Each menu flickers before as if reloading as well.
Below is Safari info:
Version 5.1.1 (7534.51.22)

I reinstalled flash player and repaired permissions on my mac as well, even tho it was not needed. Im at a loss. It has to be something with Lion.
The fact that JQuery slider works fine and the menus do not concerns me.

Thanks for all your help

Hello again,

I've just sent a fix patch by e-mail. This should get you rid of the Dw crashing issue.
Install it and also update your menu and tell me if the Safari flicker is still reproducing.

Same Problem as Brian!
Elena I haven;t been able to use my menus for over six months since upgrading to a new mac running brand new software. Have read the posts from Brian and see that you sent him a fix patch, why didn't I get sent this? Would like to start using this software again as I have paid for it! Also like Brian I have JQuery slider installed which works fine. I'm using Lion as well so maybe its time for your company to look at this problem seriously

Chris
Im sure Elena will respond to you soon. If not, send me an email: brian@intensebluestudio.com. The extension (patch) is in addition to your existing one. So do not delete the original one. The only issue I have is with the preview, but I do a lot of testing in flash and it may be my system.
