I recently noticed that my drop down menu simple disappeared with out me making any changes to my site (http://blackmoon-culture.com)
When I open the site in Dreamweaver and change the menu, all looked fine, I uploaded my back up of the site, but still the same problem, only the first two items of the menu appear, but just as a link at the left hand side of the page.
Can you please send me a fix for this issue?

Hello Danny,
You receive a javascript error on the site and that's why the menu is not visible. I see that you have multiple JS files loaded on the page. Probably there is a compatibility problem between the scripts that you have and the menu script.
Also, you have a very old version of our extension on the website. Updating to a more recent version is strongly advised and could also get rid of the problem you currently have.
To download the latest version, please access your account and press the download button available.

Hello andrei,
I only end up on the page buy this product again, but don't see an update.
Is this possible?
I'll also double check with the JS files on the page that might interfear with the menu, strange thing is that I never had a problem with the menu on the site until last week.
It worked fine for over 2 years almost, now it disappeared, which is strange as the JS files were there already from the start...
Anyway, thank you for the reply, will try all options you mentioned.

Hello Danny,
Check your products page by pressing the "My account" button above. This should take you to a page where your licenses are listed and you can download the latest version for each extension.
We can't modify the scripts of the menu in any way once you created an extension in Dreamweaver and upload it to the server. So, it's a bit strange that now it stopped working, especially if you haven't made modifications to it. It's possible that you have a very old version of the extension and you need to make an update to fix any compatibility problems with newer browsers.
Tell me if you need more help updating the extension.
