Hello,rnI need some help with my creative menu position. Okay here is the quick background....rnrn1. I build my webpages and inserted a table under my header banner and then inserted a creative DW menu (not a trial version but I purchased it)rnrn2. I later learned that of course IPAD and iPhone users would have problems viewing this menu style therefore I then purchased the CSS Flexi Menu package.rnrn3. I created a new webpage that I used JUST to insert in the CSS Flexi Menu.rnrn4. I then went back to my actual web pages and turned the ADD TOUCH DEVICE SUPPORT on. Of which I then linked my Creative Menu to the Flexi CSS menu that I created and saved in one of my webpages.rnrn5. THE PROBLEM - the problem I am having is when we view the page on an IPAD or the iPhone the menu is all over the road - meaning it is not nice and horizontal across the page under the header as I wanted. I have NOOoooo idea how to rectify this and ANY and ALL assistance is GREATLY appreciated!!rnrn6. As of right now I have my website loaded up in a test type of website - http://betterlivingpets.com/html Please note this isn't the actual website per se as I programmed all the menu items and links for LifeForcemd.com which is the domain where this page will ultimately go but I didn't want to interfere with the live view by uploading the page until I was certain it worked - this is why it is actually just popped onto the betterlivingpets website. Therefore if you navigate a button you have to remove the LifeForcemd.com and replace it with: betterlicingpets.com/html/BLAH replacing the BLAH with one of the pages. Hope that makes sense but I think if you just view the homepage you will see the menu and see what I mean and what my problem is.rnrnI greatly appreciate any assistance as I am under the gun on timelines here to get this page up and live.rnrnBest Regards,rnDeirdre Dickson

Additionally I wanted to add that when you open my page: betterlivingpets.com/html that you will note the creative menu when viewing it on Safari whereby it isn't the CSS menu version but the actual flash version - - well that menu is slightly chopped off at the bottom and again I am just not sure why and what I missed or didn't do properly. If you could help with that as well I sure would appreciate it very much!

Hello,
First of all, check if you have Javascript enabled on iphone/ipad. We've made a test and it seems to work fine. The menu is just a little higher than it should be and it's going over "it's about improving your quality of life" banner and this happens because the css menu is a little higher than the Flash one.
Second, your menu appears to be cut because its height is smaller than it should be and the pictures don't fit in.

Hello Elena,
Thank you for your prompt reply as it is greatly appreciated. Forgive me for not understanding so clearly here as I still have question(s).
1. I am able to view the menu on ipads and iphones BUT my problem is the menu location. As you noted it is going over the part of the header that reads: It's About Your Quality of Life" ON my end in dreamweaver the CSS menu is actually positioned on the page lower than the Creative menu. I did this playing around lowering the CSS menu thinking maybe it would lower it enough so it wasn't covering the words on the header. I am not sure I understand how to fix this.
2. The creative menu getting cut off because its height is smaller than it should be....my creative menu height is 45px with a total width of 745 and a menu z index of 1000. My CSS menu is 775 width by a 48px height.
3. Assuming I eventually can get the CSS menu loaded where it doesn't cover any portion of my banner.....when this is displayed I was hoping that the menu would be scaled/stretched to pretty much be the entire length/width of my header with the menu under that. I am not so sure if I know what to do to get this menu centered and a total width close to the total width of my website banner. My website banner is a width of 775.
Thank you as this is a big hold up on my being able to publish the website live and it is still temporarily on the betterlivingpets.com/html server. I am trying like crazy to get this menu all cleaned up and figured out asap and am at the point where I would be willing to pay Extend for their help/assistance in getting the menu figured it - I could create another FTP user and allow someone at Extend to access my files directly from the server - essentially at this point I am willing to do whatever it takes.
Best Regards,

Hello,
1. The positioning of the menu itself on the page is not handled by the extension. The two tables that are in the header, one for the menu and one for that banner seem a little weird how they behave, even on desktop computers. I think you could try to place an extra height attribute on the table that holds that banner. Maybe somehow the table with the banner is rendered as smaller on devices and that's why the menu gets over it.
2. I sent you a package for this issue. Tell me if it works.
3. You can set the CSS Menu to have 100% width. This way it will take the dimension of its container and match the banner.
